Phone lead times versus fitout lead times - if your fitout involves minor works or is being fast tracked beware of the lead times for phone and data lines. Connections carry a standard lead time of 3-4 weeks which can be longer if your service provider needs to interact with a third party provider (eg Telstra Wholesale in Australia).
