Future growth – it’s not too difficult to add workstations and loose furniture without disruption as your company expands. Consider cabling up future growth areas during the initial fitout, and leaving the cables sitting in the ceiling cavity. When the growth occurs, electricians do not need to run extra cables into the comms room.
